Refund policy

One Happy Stone wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility:
- We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days. Mail us within 3 working days (beonehappystone@gmail.com) along with your order id & reason of return. Unboxing video is mandatory.
- Return are only allowed in case of Damage/Defective piece.
- In case of size issue, no returns are allowed and an exchange will be done.
- Please note that the shipping charges of Rs 80 will be deducted by us.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or engraved products are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process:
- Contact us at beonehappystone@gmail.com to request a return.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item back to our address (provided upon return approval).
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us at beonehappystone@gmail.com to confirm.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item( subject to product availability) or issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your order , you must email at onehappystone@gmail.com with your order id as soon as possible. Orders that are yet to be shipped can be cancelled and will be fully refunded. If your order has already been shipped , we wont be able to cancel your order.
